Data protection

What data? When you use the contact form, I receive your name, your email address, your phone number if you give it, and your message.

Why? Solely to reply to you and handle your request (class, order, event).

Where? Messages are sent via the hosting provider’s form service (Netlify, United States) and then received in my inbox.

How long? I delete requests no later than 24 months after our last exchange, unless the law requires me to keep them (for example, an invoice).

What rights? You can ask me at any time what data I hold about you, and have it corrected or deleted: info@roxanarodriguez.ch.

Cookies and statistics? This website uses neither advertising cookies nor audience measurement tools. The fonts are hosted on this website: no data is sent to Google.

This policy follows the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP).

Draft and local preferences The form may temporarily keep your draft in your browser tab, for 12 hours at most. You can delete it with “Clear my draft”. It is only sent when you submit the form. The browser also remembers which news window you have already seen and that the sketchbook tips have already been shown, so they are not displayed again, as well as, within the tab, the artwork or class you chose for the form. These features use local technical storage, with no advertising or audience tracking.
